All four of our library branches host monthly book clubs. Copies of the books are available at the host branch or via the catalog.
Library eCards are available for people who need to access to the library's digital materials and services but are not able to visit in-person.
Library staff are able to assist people with their computer skills and electronic gadgets. We can assist you with general questions or training on specific library applications.

Connecting Kids to Meals

Birchard Public Library is teaming up with Connecting Kids to Meals to make sure local kids (ages 18 & under) have something to eat after school hours and/or a snack in the evening. In addition to meals or snacks, the library will offer fun activities.

Monster Mash Dance Party

Join us for a Monster Mash Storytime & Dance Party in the Downstairs Meeting Room.

Costumes are encouraged for all of our storytime littles. Join us for stories, music, crafts, & more.
This is designed for all of our storytime friends from birth to 5 years old and will have different activities set up as stations.

Altered Art

Join Miss Lynne in the Children's Department on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 5:30-8pm for our Altered Art series. This is a revamped version of our complex crafts series from last year, but we'll be focusing on upcycling materials. There is no specific age range, but it is geared toward more advanced elementary, tweens, and teens. These Altered Arts will be more time-consuming than traditional craft programs. Registration is required ensure we have enough supplies.

We'll be celebrating Noon Year's Eve in style in our downstairs meeting room.
Feel free to dress your best to walk the red carpet.

Registration is required for this event and it will be designed for our storytime youth and their siblings (elementary aged youth welcome). There will be a countdown and balloon drop at noon to celebrate our Noon Year's Eve!

Storytime is offered year round at the Fremont, Gibsonburg, and Woodville Locations.
