Birchard Library Association Foundation Capital Campaign

In 2016, the Birchard Public Library conducted a survey and focus groups to ascertain what community members expect from their public library and to determine what actions the Birchard Public Library Board could take to fulfill the library’s mission to educate, enrich, and empower community members. In response to this survey, the library has planned an 8,500 square foot building addition which will provide space for vital community services.
